What is it?

1. The Win with Wellness Presentation Series presented by Conexus Credit Union brings trained Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation Player Ambassadors into Saskatchewan schools to present and promote discussion of mental wellness with youth.
The Presentation Series is an interactive presentation designed for Gr. 5-9 students. Topics of the Series include understanding mental wellness, tips for managing anxiety and stress, supportive and healthy relationships, and various support and tools available for youth in Saskatchewan.
2. The Rider Reading Program for Gr 1-4 students - discusses the importance of reading and literacy.
