We acknowledge that we are on Treaty 6 territory and the traditional lands of the First Nations and homeland of the Metis people. We would like to thank the many peoples who came before us and their care for the land that we love. We are grateful for the butterflies and bees pollinating our plants to grow, fresh water from our lakes and rain. For safe water to drink, swim, and play in. We will show respect for this land by not littering or polluting the air, and saving water. We will keep learning about the Indigenous people, reconciliation, and respecting the land.
JRFH meets again today at lunch recess in the gym.
