We recognize St. Brieux School is situated on the traditional lands of the Cree and the Homeland of the Metis, now referred to as Treaty 6. We pay respects to the original caretakers of this place and give appreciation for the opportunity to learn, play and work here. Welcome back to a fabulous school year St. Brieux students. We are starting Grade 7-12 Drama early this year. If you are interested in performing in the play, "Lunchroom", please see Mrs. Bertrand in the Art room on Friday, at 12:20. You will get your script if you are a returning actor/actress. If you are new to the play, parts will be given out on Friday. You do not have to bring your lunch.
Sr. Girls that are interested in playing volleyball please signup outside of Miss Bulicz's classroom. There will also be a quick meeting at lunch outside Miss Bulicz's room.
Cross-country season is now upon us. Practices will be every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. This activity is open to all Gr. 5 -12 students and it is a great way to get fit after the summer season. If interested, please grab a letter from outside the Gr. 6 class and be in Mrs. Salmons' room by 7:15am sharp tomorrow morning. Bring comfy runners, water, and lots of enthusiasm.
Junior Girls' volleyball tryouts will be on Wednesday, September 4, and Thursday, September 5. Beginning at 3:45 sharp, please be changed and in the gym for that time. There are sign up sheets on the Home Ec. lab door and on Mrs. Miskolczi's door.
