We have an exciting weekend here in St. Brieux for Crusader Athletics - Sr Girls Volleyball are hosting a tournament that starts tonight after school and all day Saturday and the Sr boys have their "Under the Lights" home game tonight against Rosthern, kick off at 7:30PM. Come out and cheer on our Crusaders!

Let's all give a huge shout-out to our 18 cross-country runners that took part in districts yesterday. We had many grade 5-8 athletes who could not move on but ran well and with great determination. We have 7 athletes who are advancing to Provincials next weekend. Nicholas Chetty placed 10th, Finley Edwards 8th, Ace Piatt 8th, Carys Miller 6th, and Jessa Kovacs 4th. An extra loud celebration has to go to Riley Kovacs who placed 2nd and Amy Kovacs who sprinted to the finish line in 1st place. St. Brieux School is so extremely proud of these achievements and we are super-excited to see you perform in Provincials. Great job, cross-country runners! Times are now posted outside Mrs. Salmons' classroom. There will be practices for all athletes advancing to Provincials on Monday and Wednesday of next week. If you still need to pay your fees please do so today at the office. Pinnies are to be handed into Mrs. Salmon. Please also collect the information for Provincials next weekend from the Gr. 6 room.
